PURPOSE: A solid culture composition for passage culturing inonotus obliquus mycelia is provided to offer the optimum cultivation condition for the inonotus obliquus mycelia for mass producing protein-bound polysaccharide. CONSTITUTION: A solid culture composition for passage culturing inonotus obliquus mycelia contains 16~32g/L of glucose, 8~16g/L of brown rice, 8~16g/L of peptone, and 3~8g/L of magnesium sulfate. The solid culture composition is obtained by additionally adding distilled water, and sterilizing the mixture.본 발명은 항-당뇨 효능을 보이는 차가버섯 (Inonotusobliquus) 유래 단백 다당체를 고농도로 배양하기 위한 차가 버섯 균사체 계대 배양용 고체배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 차가 버섯 균사체의 배양 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래의 차가버섯 균사체 계대 배양용 고체배지에 비해서 차가버섯 균사체의 성장률이 2배 향상된 최적화된 계대 배양용 고체배지의 조성물을 제공한다.
