PURPOSE: A producing method of Cavicorona pyxidata is provided to inject Clavicorona pyxidata mycelia to a medium containing sawdust, beet pulp, and rice hulls. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Cavicorona pyxidata comprises the following steps: injecting 0.01-3% of Clavicorona pyxidata mycelia to a medium; and culturing the Clavicorona pyxidata mycelia at 22-24 deg C at 80-90% relative humidity in the light degree of 50-100lux. The medium is obtained by the following steps: mixing 0.1-0.8 parts of magnesium sulfate anhydrous by weight, 0.5-1.5 parts of potassium nitrate by weight, 1-3 parts of calcium nitrate by weight, and 100 parts of mixture by weight containing sawdust, beet pulp, and rice hulls in a weight ratio of 7-9:0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5; and sterilizing the mixture.본 발명은 좀나무싸리버섯의 생산방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 잣나무 톱밥, 낙엽송 톱밥 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 톱밥:비트펄프(beet pulp):쌀겨가 7∼9:0.5∼1.5:0.5∼1.5의 중량비로 혼합된 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 황산마그네슘(magnesium sulfate anhydrous) 0.1∼0.8중량부, 질산칼륨(potassium nitrate) 0.5∼1.5중량부 및 질산칼슘(calcium nitrate) 1.0∼3.0중량부를 혼합한 후 멸균시켜 얻은 배지에 좀나무싸리버섯 균사체를 접종하는 단계; 상기의 배지에 접종된 좀나무싸리버섯 균사체를 생육시키는 단계를 포함하는 좀나무싸리버섯의 생산방법 및 동 방법에 의해 얻은 좀나무싸리버섯에 관한 것이다.
