The present invention relates to a server and a method for detecting body temperature. The server for detecting body temperature comprises: a communication module transmitting data to and receiving data from a wireless thermometer measuring body temperature of a user in real time or periodically a memory in which a program for analyzing the measured body temperature is stored and a processor executing the program.
