The present invention provides valuable peptidomimetics for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes as well as compositions, methods, uses and kits based on these peptidomimetics. In particular, the peptidomimetics of the present invention are incorporated by CCK2R expressing cells, for instance, cancer cells.
