PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having effects as a hyaluronidase inhibitor, a collagenase inhibitor, an elastase inhibitor, and an antibacterial agent (for example, an anti-propionibacterium acnes agent, an anti-staphylococcus aureus agent, an anti-pseudomonas aeruginosa agent and an anti-bacillus subtilis agent).SOLUTION: Problems are solved by providing a culture solution of a culture mycelium or an extract liquid of the culture mycelium, of a mushroom, or a concentrate or a diluent thereof, being excellent in hyaluronidase inhibitory activity, collagenase inhibition activity, elastase inhibitory activity, and antibacterial activity (for example, anti-propionibacterium acnes activity, anti-staphylococcus aureus activity, anti-pseudomonas aeruginosa activity and anti-bacillus subtilis activity).
