As an effective means for treating infections, particularly infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a humanized monoclonal antibody against PcrV or a part thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing these as active ingredients are provided. Specifically, the humanized monoclonal antibody of the present invention has excellent cytotoxic inhibitory activity against target cells of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
