The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of periodontal diseases comprising an ameloblast culture fluid as an active ingredient, a method for treatment of periodontal diseases using the pharmaceutical composition, a composition for the promotion of differentiation of the periodontal ligament and the cementum comprising the ameloblast culture fluid, a kit for promotion of the differentiation of the periodontal ligament and the cementum comprising the composition, a medium composition for differentiation of the periodontal ligament comprising an ameloblast culture fluid, and a method for differentiation of the periodontal ligament using the medium composition, wherein the ameloblast culture fluid can stimulate migration of periodontal ligament cells and promote differentiation and mineralization of cementoblast.
