PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hair growth agent having remarkable hair growth effect, high safety and high economical efficiency.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a noggin production promoter and a hair growth agent containing a red Ganoderma extract and a black Ganoderma extract extracted by carbon dioxide in the state of a temperature range of 20-150°C and a pressure range of 1-80 MPa.
