PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growth accelerating apparatus, a plant growth accelerating system using the plant growth accelerating apparatus, and a plant growth accelerating method, which are capable of accelerating the photosynthesis of plants in plant horticulture agriculture.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a plant growth accelerating apparatus 10 is a plant growth accelerating apparatus for accelerating the photosynthesis of a plant 1 in plant horticulture agriculture. The plant growth accelerating apparatus 10 comprises a light emitting unit 20 for irradiating light to the plant 1 from below, a carbon dioxide supply unit 30 for supplying carbon dioxide to the plant 1, and a reflecting unit 40 for reflecting the light emitted from the light emitting unit 20 to illuminate the plant 1 from below.
