PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive diagnostic imaging agent for detecting unstable plaque, which specifically detects an oxidized LDL.SOLUTION: There is provided a peptide containing radioactive iodine that is bound through a benzoyl group with an amino acid at the N-terminal side of a fixed peptide having an amino acid sequence Tyr-Lys-Asp-Gly. The radioactive diagnostic imaging agent comprises the peptide. An oxidized LDL is specifically detected by using the peptide and the radioactive diagnostic imaging agent.
