PURPOSE: A cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-dPhe-Cys) which is lined with a chelate by a linker and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided to label with isotope in high yield and to diagnose and treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1(C-L-X). In chemical formula 1, C is chelating agent； L is the linker； X is cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-dPhe-Cys) or cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-dTyr-Cys)； and L connects C and X by sulfide bond through sulfur of Cys. The linker is maleimido and chelating agent is 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid(DOTA).
