The invention relates to a super-molecule complex formed by polyanion polymer and spemidine. The proportion of equivalent weight of anions and equivalent weight of positive ions is 101: 1 to 107:1 eq/eq, preferably is 102:1 to 104:1 eq/eq. each component is connected with each other through non-covalent and ionic interaction. Characteristic of the super-molecule complex is to effectively stimulate fibroblast proliferation. The invention also relates a medical/beauty composition containing the super-molecule complex, and the composition is used for nutrition, maintenance, regeneration, and restoration of damaged connective tissues and mucosa in a senility state.
