PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet for plant cultivation that can promote the growth of plants and has good workability, and a plant cultivation method using the magnetic sheet.SOLUTION: A magnetic sheet for plant cultivation includes: a base material and a magnetic layer which is arranged on the base material and includes ferromagnetic powder and resin, where a product of residual magnetization and layer thickness of the magnetic layer is 20 mA or higher.
