The present invention relates to an orthopedic walking aid device of the type comprising a base (1) equipped with casters (41, 42, 43, 44), a saddle support (3) surmounting said base (1) and s' extending substantially vertically and along the length of said base (1) and possibly a saddle mounted on said saddle support (3) and the two blanks of which are substantially vertical.
