The present invention relates to a cleanser for removing a waste product of a skin and utilizing as skin care and, more specifically, to a water dilute type expandable carbonated cleanser. Additives for skin care are included in a carbonated solid matter for generating a minute carbonated bubble by reacting with water, so a skin waste product is removed due to a minute carbonated bubble without directly rubbing a skin, and the cleanser enables a user to conveniently clean a skin and to utilize as skin care by delivering and permeating additives for skin care to a skin. Various additives for not only skin care effect which a user wants or needs, but also bubble massage effect using a minute carbonated bubble generated by reacting with water are mixed and used. Vitamins necessary for skin care are directly delivered and absorbed to a skin by utilizing a minute carbonated bubble, so the vitamins are more effectively utilized as skin care in comparison with taking.
