A transport vehicle (10), any terrain to person in a wheelchair comprises a chassis (11), delimiting a platform (12) capable of receiving the wheelchair, four wheels (15d, 15g) enabling the transport vehicle (10) to roll on the ground (30) and a system of the variation of height of the platform (12) with respect to the ground (30). The platform (12) is thus freely between a low position in which the platform (12) is located substantially at the level of the ground (30) and a high position in which the platform (12) delimits a ground clearance with respect to the ground (30) enabling the transport vehicle (10) to run on rough terrain.
