摘要：: It was found that a substance can be easily and highly efficiently introduced into a plant cell without causing any damage and regardless of the kind of plant and tissue from which the cell is derived, by treating the plant cell with plasma and then bringing the treated cell into contact with the substance.Selon l'invention, une substance peut être introduite facilement et extrêmement efficacement dans une cellule végétale sans causer de dommages et quel que soit le type de végétal et de tissu dont est issue la cellule, par traitement de la cellule végétale avec du plasma puis par mise en contact de la cellule traitée avec la substance.植物細胞をプラズマで処理した後、物質を接触させることにより、当該細胞に、その由来とする植物及び組織の種類を問わず、また障害をもたらすことなく、簡便かつ高効率にて物質を導入できることを見出した。
