The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for delaying skin aging and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for reducing skin wrinkles, comprising an HPLC fraction of a red ginseng extract prepared by a preparation method comprising the step of distilling, by HPLC, a butanol fraction obtained by fractioning a red ginseng water extract with butanol and isolating only the butanol layer therefrom, or a column distillation fraction obtained by column distilling and fractioning the red ginseng water extract.
