PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing acidic emulsified liquid seasoning with a roasted sesame flavor which can be sufficiently felt after storage.SOLUTION: The sesame-containing acidic emulsified liquid seasoning contains crushed roasted sesame, a gum substance, yolk, edible oil and fat, and a high-intensity sweetener.
