PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-and-fat for heating of which oily stains caused by oil mist is cleaned more easily, compared with a conventional vegetable oil of which oily stains caused by oil mist is difficult to clean, while using the vegetable oil that is difficult to clean but improved in this point.SOLUTION: The oil-and-fat for heating compounds tocopherol and/or tocotrienol with the vegetable oil that contains 40% or more of a polyunsaturated fatty acid or 6% or more of an α-linolenic acid as a constituent fatty acid.
