PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserter capable of suppressing the axial displacement of a plunger to appropriately extrude an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens inserter includes: a mounting part with a mounting face, for mounting the intraocular lens, provided with a deformable optical part and a pair of loop-shaped support parts extending from the optical part an insertion part for inserting the intraocular lens through an incisional wound in an eyeball and the plunger for extruding the intraocular lens, mounted on the mounting part, from the distal end of the insertion part.
