PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted two-wheel vehicle which enables an effective balance training for improving lower limb function.SOLUTION: An inverted two-wheel vehicle 1 has a handle 5 capable of changing in the roll direction in association with a posture of a step 4. The handle 5 has a stem 7 which tilts in association with a displacement of the step 4 and a grip part 6 connected at the upper part of the stem 7 for a user to grip. The grip part 6 is connected in a manner to be changeable in the roll direction independently from the stem 7. In the inverted two-wheel vehicle 1, since the posture of the step 4 hardly changes by an operation of the handle 5, the user hardly keeps balance even the user operates the handle 5. Therefore, the user is necessarily made to rotate the inverted two-wheel vehicle by the step 4, which encourages the user to move his/her center of gravity. As a result, an effect of the balance training for improving lower limb function is surely obtained, which enables the user to effectively work out for recovering the motor function of the lower half of body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、下肢機能改善のための効果的なバランストレーニングを可能にした倒立二輪車を提供する。【解決手段】倒立二輪車1は、ステップ4の姿勢に連動してロール方向へ変化可能なハンドル5を有し、ハンドル5は、ステップ4の変位に連動して傾動するステム7と、利用者が把持すると共に、ステム7の上部で連結された把持部6と、を備え、把持部6は、ステム7から独立してロール方向に変化可能なように連結されている。倒立二輪車1においては、ハンドル5の操作によりステップ4の姿勢が変化し難いため、利用者がハンドル5を操作しても、バランスの維持が得られ難い。よって、利用者は、ステップ4によって必然的に倒立二輪車の旋回を行うことになり、利用者の重心移動動作が促進されることになる。その結果として、下肢機能改善のためのバランストレーニングの効果が確実に得られ、下半身の運動機能の回復に効果的なトレーニングができる。【選択図】図1
