The present invention relates to a method of preparing an insecticidal composition comprising a production liquid obtained by reacting an oriental melon juice organic acid fermentation liquid with hydrogen peroxide. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of preparing an insecticidal composition and the insecticidal composition prepared by the method. The method comprises: a step (a) of inoculating organic acid fermentation fungi into oriental melon juice to prepare organic acid fermentation liquid； and a step (b) of reacting the organic acid fermentation liquid with hydrogen peroxide to prepare the production liquid. According to the present invention, the method and the composition prepared by the method enable oriental melon juice fermentation production liquid to be produced by a unique method of the present invention, reduce low quality oriental melon and waste, have a remarkable mite control effect of the insecticidal composition, and obtain excellent stability even when the insecticidal composition is stored for a long period of time.본 발명은 참외 과즙 유기산 발효액과 과산화수소를 반응시켜 만든 제조액을 포함하는 살충제 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 (a) 참외 과즙에 유기산 발효균을 접종하여 유기산 발효액을 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 유기산 발효액과 과산화수소를 반응시켜 제조액을 만드는 단계를 포함하는 살충제 조성물의 제조방법과 상기 방법에 따라 제조된 살충제 조성물에 대한 것이다.본 발명의 제조방법 및 그러한 방법으로 제조된 조성물은 본 발명 특유의 공법으로 참외 과즙 발효 제조액을 생산하고, 참외 저급과 폐기물을 감소시키며, 살충제 조성물의 진드기 방제효과가 현저하며, 장기 보관에도 안정성이 우수하다.
