An ophthalmic composition is provided, which exhibits therapeutic effects of a vitamin A for dry eyes, and blur after dropped is alleviated. The ophthalmic composition contains: a vitamin A (A), 0.05 to 1.5 W/V% of a non-ionic surfactant (B), 0.1 to 0.8 W/V% of a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (C) and a polyvinylpyrrolidone (D).本發明提供一種眼科用組成物,其不僅發揮維生素A的乾眼症治療效果,而且減輕滴眼後的模糊。本發明的眼科用組成物含有:(A)維生素A、(B)非離子界面活性劑0.05W/V%~1.5W/V%、(C)羥基丙基甲基纖維素0.1W/V%~0.8W/V%、以及(D)聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮。
