PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance system capable of achieving downsizing while increasing the force transferring to a user.SOLUTION: The guidance system includes a rotor disposed in a predetermined member held or worn by a user, and an angle control unit. The angle control unit adjusts a relative angle between the rotation axis of the rotating rotor and the predetermined member so that the direction of the rotation force acting on the predetermined member by a gyroscopic moment when the relative angle varies becomes a direction guiding the user, and then varies the relative angle in response to the position, posture, or speed of the body of the user or the predetermined member.
