Provided are a high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave treatment device and a method for controlling the same. The high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave treatment device includes first and second high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducers; an imaging transducer; a rotation driving part; and a controller. The first high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducer emits a high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave and has an insertion hole formed at a center thereof. The second high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducer is inserted and rotated in the insertion hole of the first high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducer, and emits a high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave. The imaging transducer, which obtains an image, is installed on the second high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducer to rotate together with the second high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducer. The rotation driving part rotates the second high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducer. The controller controls the first and second high-intensity focused ultrasonic wave transducers, the imaging transducer, and the rotation driving part.
