The present invention discloses a preservation solution for contact lens packaging, which contains, in addition to water as the main component, at least 1.2 to 0.5 wt% of sodium chloride, 0.53 to 0.21 wt% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.07 to 0.03 wt% of monobasic sodium phosphate, 0.2 to 0.05 wt% of humectant and 0.001 to 0.004 wt% of vitamin B12. The preservation solution for packaging may be provided for contact lenses for dipping and preservation, such that the lenses may contact with vitamin B12 for a long time and vitamin B12 may be absorbed by the contact lenses. Thus, vitamin B12 may be released on the wearers eyes from the contact lenses he wears to moisten the eyes.本發明係揭露一種隱形眼鏡包裝用保存液,其組成除了主成份水之外,至少包含有1.2~0.5重量百分比(wt%)的氯化鈉、0.53~0.21 wt%的磷酸氫二鈉、0.07~0.03 wt%的磷酸二氫鈉、0.2~0.05 wt%的保溼劑以及0.001~0.004 wt%的維生素B12。此包裝用保存液可提供隱形眼鏡鏡片浸泡並存放,此時鏡片得以長時間與維生素B12接觸,而使得維生素B12得以被隱形眼鏡吸收,讓維生素B12藉由佩戴者所配戴之隱形眼鏡於其眼睛上進行釋放,以滋潤保溼眼睛。
