The invention relates to a composition based on plant extracts and symbiotic consortiums of prebiotic microorganisms meant to control colonization of intestinal habitat by various types of pathogenic anaerobic bacteria, Clostridium difficile included, and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composition is a mixture of probiotics and prebiotics, consisting of standardized aqueous extracts of green tea (Camelia sinensis), Saint Johns wort (Hypericum perforatum), leaves of olive tree (Olea europea), bitter melon (Momordica charantia), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), peppermint (Mentha piperita) and symbiotic Kombucha culture. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in preparing the symbiotic Kombucha culture by cultivating it on an infusion made by micronization of tea leaves which are mixed with standardized plant extracts, to result in a composition with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and choleretic action and cholagogue effect.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie pe bază de extracte vegetale şi consorţii simbiotice de microorganisme prebiotice, destinată combaterii colonizării habitatului intestinal de diverse tipuri de bacterii anaerobe patogene, inclusivşi la un procedeu de obţinere acesteia. Compoziţia, conform invenţiei, este un amestec de probiotice şi prebiotice constituit din extracte apoase standardizate de frunze de ceai verdesunătoarefrunze de măslincastravete amaranghinarementăşi cultură simbiotică de Kombucha. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în prepararea culturii simbiotice de Kombucha prin cultivarea pe o infuzie realizată prin micronizarea frunzelor de ceai şi amestecarea cu extractele vegetale standardizate, rezultând o compoziţie cu acţiune antiinflamatoare, antioxidantă şi coleretică, şi cu efect colagog.
