The present invention refers to a pharmaceutical combination in solid form orally administered, which is of long lasting release for attacking the signs and symptoms of migraine in its different stages, also including an immediate release matrix mainly formed by sumatripan and metoclopramide and extended release pellets containing ketorolako. The main actives contained in the immediate release matrix are intended to relief the acute signs and symptoms showed in early stages of the migraine, the ketorolako contained in the extended-release pellets are intended to maintain the analgesic effect for 24 h.La presente invención se refiere a una combinación farmacéutica en forma sólida que se administra oralmente, que presenta una liberación diferenciada para atacar los signos y síntomas de la migraña en sus diferentes etapas, una matriz de liberación inmediata constituida principalmente por sumatriptán y metoclopramida y gránulos de liberación prolongada que contiene ketorolaco. Lo principios activos contenidos en la matriz de liberación inmediata están destinados a mitigar los signos y síntomas que agudos que se manifiestan en etapas tempranas de la cefalea migrañosa y el ketorolaco contenido en los gránulos de liberación prolongada esta encaminado a mantener la analgesia durante un periodo e 24 h.
