A device for repair surgery of cylindrical organs, particularly ruptured tendons,is configured as a tubular sheath (T) made of a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. The tubular sheath comprises an elastic fiber mesh formed by electrospinning of said polymer and has an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface substantially parallel thereto. One of said wall surfaces is comparatively rough (W R ) and the other one of said wall surfaces is comparatively smooth (W S ), with the tubular sheath having a Young elasticity modulus of about 2 to about 5 MPa and an elongation at break of about 50 to about 1'000 %.Preferably, the polymer is a biodegradable polyester urethane block copolymer with poly-hydroxy-butyrate as a hard 10 segment and ε-caprolactone as a soft segment.La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour chirurgie réparatrice sur des organes cylindriques, notamment des tendons déchirés, qui est configuré comme une gaine tubulaire (T) formée par un polymère biocompatible et biodégradable. La gaine tubulaire comprend un filet en fibre élastique formé par électrofilage dudit polymère et a une surface de paroi intérieure et une surface de paroi extérieure sensiblement parallèle à celle-ci. L'une desdites surfaces de paroi est comparativement rugueuse (WR) et l'autre desdites surfaces de paroi est comparativement lisse (WS), la gaine tubulaire ayant un module d'élasticité de Young d'environ 2 à environ 5 MPa et un allongement à la rupture d'environ 50 à environ 1 000 %. Le polymère est de préférence un copolymère séquencé et biodégradable de polyester-uréthane avec un segment dur composé de poly-hydroxy-butyrate et un segment souple composé de ε-caprolactone.
