Disclosed are a method and an apparatus to measure skin age. The skin age measuring method is able to extract skin age by preprocessing and converting a skin microscope image into a skeleton image, extracting feature information of each skin cell after respectively detecting the skin cell through a polygon mesh detection from the converted skeleton image, and using the feature information of the extracted skin cell.피부 나이 측정 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 피부 나이 측정 방법은 피부 현미경 영상을 전처리하여 스켈레톤 영상(skeleton image)으로 변환하고, 변환된 스켈레톤 영상에서 폴리건 메시 검출을 통해 피부 셀을 각각 검출한 후 각 피부 셀의 특징 정보를 추출하고, 추출된 피부 셀의 특징 정보를 이용하여 피부 나이를 도출할 수 있다.
