the present invention patent refers to an innovative device designed to allow the aid to maintain the mandibular condyle in its anatomical position in surgeries that require mandibular reconstructions with resection of the mandible with tumors for later grafts and also in orthognathic surgery, where the branch and mandibular body are separated. the present invention basically consists of a plate (1) fixed by screws (2) on the jaw (3), provided with a perpendicular rod (4) and a pressure clip (5) by spring (6) fixed on the mandibular branch (7), also provided with a perpendicular rod (8), said rods (4) and (8) connected by a vertical rod (9) and adjusted by two hand-tight connections (10).a presente patente de invenção refere-se a um inovador dispositivo destinado a permitir o auxílio a manter o côndilo mandibular em sua posição anatômica em cirurgias que necessitam de reconstruções mandibulares com ressecção de mandíbula com tumores para posteriores enxertias e também em cirurgia ortognática, onde o ramo e corpo mandibular são separados. o presente invento é basicamente constituído de uma placa(1) fixada por parafusos(2) na maxila(3), dotada de uma haste perpendicular(4) e de uma presilha de pressão(5) por mola(6) fixada no ramo mandibular(7), também dotada de uma haste perpendicular(8), sendo as ditas hastes(4) e (8) ligadas por uma haste vertical(9) e ajustadas por duas conexões de aperto manual(10).
