PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter including an imaging device which can be utilized efficiently in various ways including confirmation of a seedling planting state and cultivation management thereafter through harvest.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a planting tool 11 storing a seedling in such a manner that the seedling can be discharged and having an opening/closing part； a lifting/lowering support mechanism 310 supporting the planting tool 11 in such a manner that the planting tool 11 can be lifted/lowered to perform planting motion at a lowered end； and an imaging device 51 imaging/recording seedling planting by the planting tool 11. Operation of the imaging device 51 is limited within the time of operation of the lifting/lowering support mechanism 310.
