PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea reaper modified further so as to prevent rain-wet tea from being stuck in a conveying duct.SOLUTION: The tea reaper is such that: a backside duct 7 is put side by side behind a conveying duct 6 and pressure-blow fed into an inlet port 46 formed on top of the backside duct 7 is fed from a main blow port 38 formed at the bottom of the conveying duct 6 into the duct 6 as uprising flow. In the tea reaper, an auxiliary blow port 38A is formed on the upper part of the main blow port 38. Particularly, in the case of rain-wet tea plucked in a so-called rainfall season, although it is supposed that increases in the teas apparent mass and the teas sticking or the like due to moisture prevent tea conveyance from smoothing from a cutting blade 22 to a blow port 33, such sticking onto the inner wall of the blow duct 6 can be avoided thanks to pressure-blow (auxiliary backside blow WA) blown via the auxiliary blow port 38A, thus enabling the reaped tea to be conveyed smoothly.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 移送ダクト内における雨茶の付着を防止できるよう、更なる改良を施した茶刈装置の開発を技術課題とした。【解決手段】 移送ダクト6の後方側に背面ダクト7が併設され、背面ダクト7の上部に形成された導入口46に送り込まれた圧力風を、移送ダクト6の下方に形成された主吹出口38から上昇流として移送ダクト6内に送り込むように構成されて成るものであり、更に、前記主吹出口38の上方に対して補助吹出口38Aが形成されていることを特徴として成り、特にいわゆる雨天時に摘採された雨茶の場合、見かけ質量が重くなること及び水分による張り付き等により刈刃22から吐出口33まで移送がスムーズに行かない場合も予想されるが、補助吹出口38Aから噴出される圧力風(補助背面風WA)によって移送ダクト6の内壁への雨茶の付着を防止することができ、円滑な移送が可能となる。【選択図】図1
