PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic-impregnated skin cover sheet which has an excellent contact and a soft touch feeling.SOLUTION: The cosmetic-impregnated skin cover sheet is obtained by needle-punching a fiber web containing fibers having latent crimps to entangle fibers, heating the web of entangled fibers for developing the latent three-dimensional crimps to obtain a nonwoven fabric, pressing the nonwoven fabric, and impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a cosmetic.
