The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric having a hydrophilic emulsifier applied to the same which is designed to minimize skin irritation such as rash and hives when coming in contact with the same and to a method for processing the same. The method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric treated with a non-irritating absorbent comprises the following steps: melting a polyolefin-based material, specifically a polypropylene resin, with an extruder, discharging a polymer through a nozzle, solidifying discharged filaments by applying cooling air to the filaments, and then making the solidified filaments into elongated filaments having a small fiber diameter by an elongation process forming a nonwoven fabric web by depositing the elongated filaments on a porous screen belt which is continuously driven providing morphological stability of the nonwoven web by joining the deposited nonwoven web by various methods such as thermal bonding applying hydrophilic agent to the surface of the nonwoven fabric provided with morphological stability and removing moisture remaining on the surface of the nonwoven fabric web, fixating the hydrophilic agent, and drying the nonwoven fabric web. According to the nonwoven fabric treated with a non-irritating absorbent and the method for manufacturing the same, as two or more kinds of odorless emulsifiers are mixed and the surface of the nonwoven fabric web is treated with the same, malodor, a chronic problem of existing silicon-based hydrophilic emulsifiers, is eliminated.
