The present invention relates to a vaccine composition containing a cyclic peptide, an antibody against the cyclic peptide, or an anti-cancer composition containing the same. The vaccine composition of the invention exhibits inhibitory activity against cancer metastasis, and the antibody of the invention is tumor-specific.
