PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of positioning ROI (Region Of Interest) in a radiographic center with easier operation.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus related to the embodiment includes: a radiographic system rotatable around at least a rotational axis a radiographic position specification part and a control system. The radiographic system includes: an X-ray tube irradiating a subject set on the top board of a bed with X-rays and an X-ray detector detecting the X-rays which the subject transmits. On the basis of two-dimensional X-ray image data in an imaging region containing the region of interest of the subject, the radiographic position specification part specifies two-dimensional coordinates indicating the position of a region of interest in the two-dimensional X-ray image data.
