PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biofilm inhibitor which can suppress a biofilm to which conventional antimicrobial agents are poorly effective.SOLUTION: A biofilm inhibitor includes a monoglyceride of a 6-12C medium chain fatty acid.
