A wearable device according to an embodiment of the present technology is provided with a mounting fixture and an electronic device. The mounting fixture is configured from an annular member having a hollow portion into which an object to be mounted can be inserted, and includes a base portion, a pair of arm portions, and a pressing portion. The pair of arm portions are connected to both ends of the base portion. The pressing portion is connected to distal ends of the pair of arm portions, and faces the base portion across the hollow portion. The pressing portion has a shape which is recessed toward an inner circumferential side, and is configured in such a way as to be capable of deforming by bending.
