CONSTITUTION: An oil extracting apparatus comprises a transport unit(121) equipped with a transferred side moving the fish cake, and an oil extracting unit(122) equipped with an inhalation roller(1221). An arranging apparatus(110) comprises a first alignment roller(111a) and a second alignment roller(111b) which are separately parallel to the transferred side. A stopper is located on the top unit of alignment roller, which is on the downstream according to the direction which fish cake is supplied between the two alignment rollers. An operating unit(112) operates a first alignment roller and a second alignment roller. A transport unit includes a conveyer belt(1211). A conveyer belt is a mesh conveyer belt. A transferring speed of transferred side and line velocity of inhalation roller are different.
