The present invention relates to an apparatus to control the posture of a wheel lift of a wheelchair. According to the present invention, the apparatus to control the posture of the wheel lift of the wheelchair comprises: a seat unit on which a patient sits； a front wheel rotatably installed on a front side of the seat unit； a base plate installed on the wheelchair with a plurality of rear wheels rotatably installed on a rear side of the seat unit； and a lift unit installed on the base plate to lift a rear side of the wheelchair up to a certain height from the ground surface when the wheelchair moves over an obstacle.
