PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical material container which can achieve both of suppression of leakage of isolation water from a bearing member and easy engagement of a cover member with the bearing member.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical material container includes a bearing member (20) for bearing a pharmaceutical material, and a cover member (40) which is engaged with the bearing member (20). The bearing member (20) has a holding part (22) for holding a lower part of the pharmaceutical material, an isolation water receiving part (30) which is connected to an outside surface of the holding part (22) and receives isolation water generated in the pharmaceutical material, and an engagement part (34) which can engage with the cover member (40) outside the isolation water receiving part (30). The cover member (40) has a cover body (42) which covers an upper part of the pharmaceutical material, and an engaged part (54) which is engaged with the engagement part (34) outside the isolation water receiving part (30).
