The present invention relates to a ginseng composition has improved portability and convenience of intake. More specifically, the present invention relates to a ginseng composition which maintains high concentration and high viscosity properties while being easily dissolved in low-temperature water； and is easy to be collected from a packaging container and, desirably, to a ginseng concentrate composition and a red ginseng concentrate composition. The ginseng composition of the present invention comprises: a ginseng concentrate； water soluble polysaccharides including one or more from maltodextrin and resistant maltodextrin； and a thickener. The water soluble polysaccharides and the thickener are contained with a weight ratio of 2:3 to 3:2, and the viscosity of the ginseng composition is 45,000 to 65,000 cps.본 발명은 휴대성 및 섭취 편의성을 향상시킨 인삼 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 고농도, 고점성의 특성은 유지하면서 저온의 물에도 용이하게 용해되며, 포장 용기로부터 내용물의 수거가 용이한 인삼 조성물, 바람직하게는 인삼 농축액 조성물, 홍삼 농축액 조성물에 관한 것이다.
