The present invention provides an endoscope camera probe assembly with dark state enhancement function, which is matchingly connected with an endoscope machine for sending the captured images to the endoscope machine for display. The endoscope camera probe assembly comprises: a probe body having one end configured with a photographic module a handle disposed to the probe body having an enhancement button a micro control unit (MCU) disposed within the handle and electrically connected with the enhancement button and the photographic module and a connection port connected with the endoscope machine in a detachable manner.
