To provide a training system that can improve daily action of primarily an elderly person enjoyably.SOLUTION: The training system includes: a monitor 11； a touch panel 12 which is arranged on the display surface side of the monitor 11； a stand 13 which holds the monitor 11 and the touch panel 12； and a computer 14 to which the monitor 11 and the touch panel 12 are connected. The computer 14 displays on the monitor 11 a plurality of selection objects including correct and incorrect answers in a size selectable by the toes of a user, detecting through the touch panel 12 a selected position on the surface of the touch panel 12, specifying the selection object selected from the plurality of selection objects displayed on the monitor 11 by the detected position, and performing a step in which selection of the selection object part of a correct answer within a prescribed time is defined as a correct answer.
