The present invention provides a grinding and drying device for treatment of marine wastes, which enables marine wastes, such as fish and shell wastes, or organic wastes to be reused as feed or fertilizer by treating them. The grinding and drying device for treatment of marine wastes comprises: a body which includes a treatment chamber having a semicircular bottom, and an inlet of which is formed in a top surface thereof and is sealed with a lid so that a negative pressure state is maintained therein； a crank-type treatment member which is configured by providing a plurality of blades on an arc-shaped rotating shaft having both ends axially coupled to bearing components provided on both sides in a horizontal direction inside the treatment chamber of the body, and which stirs and grinds wastes inside the treatment chamber； a jacket which forms a sterilizing or drying environment for wastes, introduced into the treatment chamber, around a wall and bottom of the treatment chamber by using high-temperature steam； and an outlet which is formed in a bottom of the body, and which discharges the wastes treated through the grinding and drying. According to the grinding and drying device for treatment of marine wastes, stirring and grinding can be smoothly performed and also wastes can be smoothly treated without a congestion phenomenon, regardless of the volume of materials to be treated.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 어류나 패류 등의 폐 수산물이나 유기성 폐기물들을 가공하여 사료 또는 비료로 재활용할 수 있도록 한 수산생물 폐사체 처리장치를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 처리장치는 바닥이 반구형으로 이루는 처리실이 구비되고 상면의 입구는 뚜껑으로 밀폐되어 음압상태를 유지하는 동체와, 동체의 처리실에는 그 양측 수평방향에서 구비되는 축수요소에 양단이 축결합되어 구동하는 열호형의 회동축 상에 수개의 날개들이 구비되어 처리실 폐기물들의 교반과 분쇄를 이루게 하는 크랭크형의 처리부재와, 처리실의 벽과 바닥 주위에서 고온의 스팀을 이용해 처리실로 투입되는 폐기물의 살균 또는 건조 환경을 조성시키게 하는 재킷 및 동체의 하부에는 파쇄와 건조과정을 거치어 처리된 폐기물들을 배출시키는 출구를 갖추어서, 처리물의 부피에 관계없이 원할 한 교반과 분쇄공정, 그리고 폐기물들을 적체현상 없이 원할하게 처리시킬 수 있게 된다.
