PURPOSE: A purifier of polluted soil is provided to flexibly and effectively treat polluted soil depending on the types and concentration of contaminant and to easily control the response factor. CONSTITUTION: A purifier of polluted soil comprises: device body (100)； several crushing blades (200) extended to the lower part of the device body； and a vibrating motor (300) which vibrates crushing blades； and a superheated steam spraying device installed in the crush blades. The lower-side of the device body is formed in an opened bucket to collect the toxic gas generated from the ground at the field during the process of polluted soil purification. The toxic gas generated from contaminant is collected inside the device body through the opened lower-side of the device body by combining the purifier to the equipment with travelling device, and soil is cut and crushed with crushing blades while the equipment travels on the polluted soil. The toxic gas generated from contaminant is collected inside the device body through the open lower side of the device body.본 발명은 오염토양 정화장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 진동하는 파쇄날에 의하여 오염토양을 절단 및 파쇄함으로써 오염토양 중의 공극을 확장하여 공기접촉을 확대할 수 있으며, 과열증기 공급수단에 의하여 오염토양 중으로 분사되는 과열증기가 확장된 공극에 분사되어 오염토양과 충분히 접촉하게 되므로 오염물질 종류 및 농도에 대하여 탄력적으로 처리할 수 있으며, 오염물질의 유종 및 농도에 따라 효과적으로 처리할 수 있고, 반응인자 조절이 용이하며, 신속한 처리와 고효율 처리가 가능하고, 정화품질을 보장할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
