PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid bait installation device for herbivore in which the solid bait for the herbivore can be prevented from being dissolved by moisture, and thereby an installation position of the solid bait can easily be determined.SOLUTION: A solid bait installation device 1 for a herbivore applying the present invention includes: a strut 2 with a lower side embedded in the ground G a receiving container 3 attached to the strut 2 and having an opened portion for receiving solid bait 9 and a spacing material 62 provided in the inside of the receiving container 3. The receiving container 3 is formed of an opening W in the lower edge side. The spacing material 62 has a supporting part 63 for supporting the solid bait 9. The solid bait 9 is supported by the supporting part 63 from a lower part.
