<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial or antifungal agent excellent in both antibacterial and antifungal properties and having good durability and processability. <；P>；SOLUTION: A silver cobalt complex is provided. The complex has a structure including 6 Ag atoms and 6 Co atoms as the metal ions, having thiocarboxylate ligands and amine ligands as the ligands, having 12 nucleus complex of (Ag-S-Ag-S-Ag-S)<；SB>；2<；/SB>；in which a 6 nucleus unit of Ag-S-Ag-S-Ag-S is connected through carboxylate oxygen and each of S atoms binds with the Co atom through the carboxylate ligand.
